Educational Consulting & Program Support
I provide educational consulting and program support for early childhood centers through ongoing monthly partnerships, project-based services, and targeted crisis support. My work supports programs at every stage—from strengthening compliance systems, educational programming, and daily operations to guiding leadership, staffing decisions, and long-term sustainability.
Grounded in over 25 years of experience in the field and informed by my role teaching early childhood leaders how to build well-run, financially sound programs, my approach is practical, responsive, and focused on lasting success.
Ongoing Monthly Support
Ongoing Monthly Support provides structured, proactive guidance for early childhood program leaders seeking consistent support beyond day-to-day operations. Through regularly scheduled virtual check-ins and ongoing communication, I partner with directors and owners to strengthen compliance systems, educational programming structures, and overall program operations while supporting informed leadership decision-making.
This support is designed for programs that value having a trusted thought partner—someone who understands their program context, anticipates challenges, and helps plan next steps with clarity and intention. Monthly support allows programs to address concerns early, strengthen internal systems, and focus on long-term sustainability rather than reactive problem-solving.
All ongoing support is provided virtually through phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams and is offered through monthly membership options. These memberships provide consistent access to guidance throughout the year and are ideal for established programs seeking proactive planning, stability, and an ongoing professional partnership.
Ongoing Monthly Support is best suited for programs seeking continuous guidance rather than one-time or requirement-based services. Programs requiring periodic or annual on-site services, startup support, or incident-based guidance may explore CT On-Site & Project-Based Services or Crisis & Emergency Support.
Crisis Support & Prevention
When urgent or high-stakes situations arise, child care leaders often need experienced guidance quickly. Crisis & Emergency Support provides confidential, time-sensitive coaching to help program leaders respond calmly, document appropriately, and determine clear next steps.
This support is available during or immediately following incidents and focuses on helping leaders navigate complex situations with clarity, professionalism, and confidence. The goal is to reduce immediate risk, support accurate documentation and communication, and prevent repeat issues through thoughtful follow-up.
Crisis & Emergency Support is designed for time-sensitive situations and is available as one-time consultations or short-term support options. For programs seeking proactive, ongoing guidance beyond incident response, monthly support memberships are available separately.
Support is provided virtually through phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
Programs enrolled in monthly support may receive bundled or priority access to emergency guidance.
Startup & Program Launch Support
Launching a child care program—or expanding an existing one—requires far more than meeting minimum requirements. It calls for thoughtful planning, strong operational systems, and a clear financial and organizational foundation. Startup & Program Launch Support is designed for new and growing programs seeking structured, project-based guidance from initial planning through opening readiness and early operations.
Support may include guidance on business structure, staffing models, financial sustainability, policies and procedures, program organization, and long-term growth planning. Whether you are opening your first program, expanding to a new location, or stabilizing operations for future success, this service provides experienced, practical support to help you launch with confidence and build a program designed to last.
CT On-Site & Periodic Compliance Services
Connecticut child care programs often require professional support at specific points during the year to meet licensing expectations or maintain compliance. CT On-Site & Periodic Compliance Services are designed for programs seeking targeted, requirement-based support—without an ongoing monthly commitment.
These services provide focused, on-site or project-based guidance aligned with Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC) licensing regulations and are ideal for programs that work with a consultant once or twice per year to support compliance readiness, documentation review, or required follow-up.
Resources & Digital Guides
These resources and eBooks are designed to support early childhood educators and program leaders through reflection, planning, and professional learning. They offer practical tools and insights that complement—rather than replace—professional consulting and ongoing program support.
