This support is available during or immediately following incidents and focuses on reducing risk, supporting sound decision-making, and helping leaders move forward with clarity and confidence.

When Crisis & Emergency Support Is Appropriate

This support is designed for situations such as:

  • Serious incidents involving children, staff, or families

  • Licensing concerns or unexpected regulatory contact

  • Situations requiring immediate documentation or response decisions

  • High-stress events where leadership judgment is critical

For urgent or time-sensitive situations.

This Support Is Not Intended For

 

  • Routine questions or long-term planning

  • Startup or licensing preparation

  • Annual or periodic compliance reviews
