Ongoing Monthly Support Page

Ongoing Monthly Support provides structured, proactive guidance for early childhood program leaders seeking consistent support beyond day-to-day operations. Through regularly scheduled virtual check-ins and ongoing communication, I partner with directors and owners to strengthen compliance systems, educational programming structures, and overall program operations while supporting informed leadership decision-making.

This support is designed for programs that value having a trusted thought partner—someone who understands their program context, anticipates challenges, and helps plan next steps with clarity and intention. Monthly support allows programs to address concerns early, strengthen internal systems, and focus on long-term sustainability rather than reactive problem-solving.

Ongoing Monthly Support is the primary way programs work with me to strengthen systems, anticipate challenges, and reduce costly compliance or operational issues before they escalate.

All ongoing support is provided virtually through phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams and is offered through monthly membership options.

Is Ongoing Monthly Support the Right Fit for Your Program?

This support is ideal for programs that:

  • Want consistent, proactive guidance throughout the year

  • Are established or stabilizing operations

  • Value planning ahead rather than responding to issues as they arise

  • Want support with systems, compliance oversight, and leadership decisions

This support may not be the best fit if you:

  • Only need an annual or periodic on-site visit

  • Are opening a brand-new program

  • Need immediate incident-based support

Programs seeking annual or periodic services, startup guidance, or urgent support may explore CT On-Site & Periodic Services, Startup Support, or Crisis & Emergency Support.

How Monthly Support Works

Monthly support is structured as an ongoing professional partnership. Support may include scheduled virtual check-ins, follow-up communication, document review, and guidance as questions or planning needs arise. The exact structure and level of support varies by membership option.

Experience You Can Rely On

Monthly support is grounded in more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, program leadership, and licensing and compliance. Support is practical, responsive, and informed by real-world program operations—not theory alone.
