Monthly Support Overview

Ongoing Monthly Support is designed for early childhood program leaders who value consistent, proactive guidance and a trusted professional partnership. Monthly support allows programs to plan ahead, address concerns early, and strengthen systems over time rather than responding reactively.

The options below outline different levels of monthly support, each designed to meet programs at different stages and with different needs. Monthly support is structured as an ongoing professional partnership, with support provided through clearly defined levels designed to meet programs at different stages.

Why This Matters

Programs often seek support only when licensing visits or challenges arise. However, many of the most costly issues—staffing disruptions, compliance gaps, enrollment instability, and leadership burnout—can be reduced or avoided with consistent guidance and planning. Ongoing monthly support helps programs address concerns early, saving time, resources, and stress over the long term.

Important Notes About Monthly Support

Monthly support is provided virtually and is designed for ongoing guidance and partnership. It is not a substitute for required on-site licensing visits, startup coaching, or emergency incident response. Programs requiring those services may be better served through other support options.

**Please note: For Connecticut-based programs enrolled in ongoing monthly support, optional on-site visits may be added as needed or included at specific support levels.**

We’ll discuss fit, timing, and next steps.

Thoughtful, Experience-Based Support

Monthly support is grounded in more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, leadership, and program operations. Guidance is practical, responsive, and tailored to each program’s context and goals.
